Situated at Tansey Park in Tanah Merah, Logan’s southern most suburb, the Logan Cobras Junior AFC is a non-profit organisation with a proud history of providing local community children and youth with a family orientated environment to participate in Australia’s fastest growing junior sport, Australian Rules Football. The Cobras cater for teams from Under 8’s right through to Under 16’s and has recently included teams for Youth Girls (between 11 & 16) and an open age women’s team.
Through the tireless efforts of its volunteers, plus the support and generosity of a few local businesses, the Cobras have enjoyed some successful seasons and has significantly lifted its profile in the local area and within the wider football community.
Players of all ages are welcome at the Cobras and for the 2007 season the club is particularly interested in recruiting 14 to 16 year old boys for its Under 16’s team. Even if you’ve never played before, please contact the club for more information.
